issues during his 2013 transfer from Brazilian club Santos. The case against the Barcelona forward comes from a complaint by DIS, a Brazilian investment group that owned 40 percent of the star’s transfer rights and claims they got way less money than they were supposed to because Barcelona concealed the real transfer fee.
