Man nabbed with fake Nepali currency

Police have nabbed one youth in possession of counterfeit money and equipment used to print fake notes. 30-year-old Rajkumar Shrestha of Besisahar Municiplaity-4 was paraded, with counterfeit

money amounting to 44 thousand rupees confiscated from him today. Police are of the belief that Shrestha has been involved in printing fake Nepali and Indian currencies. He was arrested from the


ticket counter of the ongoing Lamjung festival. Following that, police impounded from his house the fake notes, equipment used to print the fake notes, and a computer.
