Nepali Taxi driver cheating the passengers

The taxi driver in the valley is cheating the passenger. The taxi drivers are taking the amount what

ever they like. The rate is only 7 rupees for every 200 meters but the taxi driver is taking whatever amount they like. The passenger has been cheated. The taxi driver should take the amount that the government issued. The taxi driver does not want to run their taxi on the basis of meter. Now the government has decided to lunch computer billing in the each and every taxi.
